Low/No Fat Recipes

This page is a little off the typical God and science topic. However, the Bible says that the Christian's body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.1 Therefore, the Christian is not to mistreat God's temple. I believe that Christians should live in a healthy manner, including eating. Originally, God put humans on a vegetarian diet.2 Later, God allowed people to eat certain kinds of animals.3

We now know that diets that contain large amounts of fat are not healthy and eventually lead to life-threatening medical problems. The following ideas are low/no fat recipes that I personally use that taste good! If you come across any good low/no fat recipes that you find to be good, let me know.
