Re: Salvation
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life." This implies we are not worthy but God through his grace loved us enough to do something about it anyway to make a way for us to be redeem...

Re: Salvation
Wow it all makes so much sense now. So god says were not worthy of salvation but sends Jesus to save humans that god deemed unworthy of. huh? So god sacrifices his flesh self to his spirit self so the unworthy humans could be saved from the wrath god was planning to unleash on them, makes perfect se...

Re: Is there a God?
To answer the question, is there a god? Yes, but it only exists in believers minds. God is imaginary, if anyone can demonstrate god existing outside of their mind I'd like to see/hear it. First you'd have to prove you have a mind. I appreciate the joke! Stardust does have a mind but it is extremely...

Re: Who made the rule that death is the punishment for sin?
Question for you Stardust: If God foreknows that humans will turn from him, should he not allow people to turn from him? And should he not send Jesus to try to turn some people back? IMO if God foreknows that humans will turn from him, he should have made us in a way that we would not want to turn ...

Re: Salvation
While you're contemplating that, I want to address this from the blog you linked: This claim is quickly followed up by the promise of a path to salvation: simply believe the correct ideology, and do your best to keep believing in it, and somehow now you’re now acceptable and forgiven, despite still...

Re: Who made the rule that death is the punishment for sin?
Either there’s grace, or there isn’t. Either death is defeated, or it isn’t.
