Re: My journey
re: religion a personal set or institutionalized system of religious attitudes, beliefs, and practices (which of course include "works") Paul said something about this also in his writing to the Romans: “Be not conformed to this world” (Rom. 12:2). In short, James tells us that true religi...

Re: HSP - Highly Sensitive Person
Hannah, dear Hannah... anyone who even simply peruses this site knows... "We are sincere, authentic, empathetic and We pick other's emotions, pain and all." ...is all about you... you are neither weak or faulty and should never be described as such. I have never heard of HSP, but I'm glad ...

Re: Board Updates and Img Inserts
Hannah and I discussed thi8s many years ago ... It is a good approximation to the fine-structure constant: α=e2(4πϵ0)ℏc Actually it is such a good approximation that for a while the Physics community thought that its value was exactly 1/137. They looked for metaphysical explanations to why this part...

Re: The US NEVER Went To The Moon
ES, It’s a ridiculous point that I’m trying to get across to Stu. Of course Jesus is not a loaf of bread. Nor is He literally a rock. But Stu cannot say that Jesus is not a literal loaf of bread. Stu cannot say that Jesus is not a literal rock. If Stu were to admit the Bible wasn’t to be taken lite...

Re: The US NEVER Went To The Moon
Also... your some of your significant numbers are a bit skewed... our galaxy travels at about 515,000 mph. your 650,00,000 mph is only about 20K slower than the speed of light. I believe the Sun is approx 93,000,000 miles from earth not 53,000,000 I'm sorry if this seems like nit picking but it does...

Re: The US NEVER Went To The Moon
Rick: John 6:51 51 I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats from this bread, he will live forever; and the bread which I will give for the life of the world also is My flesh.” Stu, Jesus said he is the living bread. The word for bread in John 6:51 is artos. Artos means loa...

Re: The US NEVER Went To The Moon
So, actually I have a couple of questions here… need some help in visualizing… What does the bottom of the flat earth look like? I mean we see all the stuff we see on top but what’s it like on the bottom?.... Tree roots and stuff? Etc...why haven't we seen a picture of our bottom? When the earth is ...

2 Corinthians 5:21
He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Made to be sin on our behalf, then, which part inside or out, is not sin?

“Microchimerism"
Apparently Mary and Jesus are even more closely related than we (even Catholics) ever could presume. An actual physical relationship that will go on forever that absolutely confirms the "Ark of the Covenant" designation Mary has always had in the Church's eyes. Of course, you can go a lot ...

Re: Who Knows
No Story, no one ever said your dad was going to hell. There is a place for people like your dad, and me and most people, who to a good extent, display the will of God in the form of love. He in His great Mercy will provide for the sake of love. Love is the only thing you can take with you from, one...

Re: Who Knows
Storyteller: I always think of the story of the lost sheep. Christ went out to look for, and save, the one last, lost lamb. How much more lost can a "lamb" be than in hell? What if, just if, God goes out for that last, lost lamb? Sorry Story, I know your heart wishes otherwise but Philip ...

Re: Who Knows
Rick: Edit: okay, after reading my quote that you edited again, I think I could’ve worded it better. Christ’s sacrifice atones for all people, whether or not they believe in him. But only those who believe in him, are saved. Does that clarify it better? I didn’t mean to imply that Christ’s atoning ...
