Well I personally believe that man is a 'Religious Animal' like with Aristotle said that a 'is a Political Animal'.
Which to say is kinda true.
Mankind tends to believe in something greater than itself, name it a deity, deities, or itself.

Re: Kill Hitler and go to Hell
Killing Heir Hitler and go to Hell for killing him? Why not change him for the better? seriously other than killing him (for it's easy and a easy way-out) why not change Hitler for the better? Hmmm killing doesn't mean that you'll automatically go to hell because you killed someone, you only go to H...

Re: Top Ten Reasons I'm An Atheist
As like what Aristotle insist that a Man is a 'political animal' in nature.
I would like to also like say that Man might also be a 'Religious animal' in nature

Re: Romance blooms and lovelife blues
This is really personal and I offer it sincerely, and with some trepidation. Icoyar? Ive been with my husband for 20 years, married for 15. I love him, deeply, totally and forever yet I had an affair 6 years ago. I was depressed, lonely and lost. I reached out to someone, I was drowning and then so...

Re: Romance blooms and lovelife blues
I found out the reason why my girlfriend got married. She had sex with a guy, because she was tempted to do so, because I live 7,000 miles away from her. She never knew she was pregnant, until it was too late. She was forced to marry him, and she now has a daughter in a loveless marriage. She never...

Re: Invited to a gay "wedding". Do you go?
Sorry for Late Post If I was invited to a Gay Wedding, I'll be having double thoughts, why? Why no go? Because I believe in God's words and disapprove of Homosexuality, though i wish them to strive to find the right path. Why go? Because it'll make me look like a 'hater' or 'bigoted' or other ridicu...

Re: Answering an atheist
I appreciate your concern, Sir V. Of The Thousand Isles, but while I feel that being quiet about it lets my tormentor win, there are aspects of that shattering experience that are mine alone. Of course it changed me profoundly. Who could say about what did not hapoen. Then Milady there is a lesson ...

Re: Answering an atheist
I often wish that Audie and I could actually have a decent conversation. With me this is possible but alas with Audie not so much. Audie, you mentioned the event that happened to you when you were five years old on another thread. Ask yourself, how did that influence your thinking God cannot interv...
