I just read the links. OK so I still don't get it, God created the earth in 6 days, yet the earth has been here over millions of years (in accordance to meet with light). Since God created man then has man been here for millions of years? I thought the multi million/ multi billion year theory would ...

Rasputin

OK so I'm sure a few of you here know about the life of Rasputin, hopefully. If not look up his wikipedia article, it's interesting, he had a crazy, weird life. Anyway historians claimed that he had the ability to heal the young Romanov boy Tsarevich Alexei, Tsarevich suffered from haemophilia.(Sp?)...

First, Adam didn't have to count the species, second, there were a lot less species than there are today. Take all of the horses you have today -- those descended from one variation of horses. yes but when ever god said every living thing he meant every living thing, so therefore wouldn't Adam have...

Hi hetfield! In fact I chose the title of this thread by thinking to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by D. Adams. More precisely to its fourth part (So long and thanks for all the fish). Very funny. I missed that simpson. The idea is quite similar, though. i guess you get the hetfield referenc...

well this is what he said about evolution (this is a paraphrase, but overall this is what he says, i'm not trying to change any of it) "think of a crime scene, now think of someone being murdered and signs being everywhere, now think of evolution as being this, and all an evolutinist is doing i...

this reminds me of a simpsons episode i saw back in 2000. it dealt with dolphins coming back to earth and kicking man off claiming that they were here first. but anyway what inspired this to happen? it's interesting, but anyway if it isn't happening worldwide or in all the dolphin species then it's ...

Re: Stars

Ok so how old is the earth through the christian's eyes? My Christian Science book says 10,000 to 15,000 years. Yet evolution states much more than this, obviously. Stars are millions of Light Years away. So therefore shouldn't the earth be millions of years old in order for the light to travel her...

Adam naming all the living creatures

Simply put, I'm a christian, but if there are over a million different species then wouldn't Adam naming ALL of the species of different Animals takes well over a million years. After all in order to just Count to 1 million with no stop it will take man 32 years.
