Well i would consider a being with human DNA a human, but also has a human soul. I call them disadvantaged humans because that is exactly how they are percieved. They could be human in the DNA sense, but what im saying is maybe in the soul sense they arent. My main problem is how to justify letting ...

Well i can sort of see what your saying, but with your example YES i would be horrified if someone did that, but that could be more because its possible that they are actually very disadvantaged humans, not because i am certain they are humans in the first place.
