So when our Sun "dies" how will future humans surv
As a Christian, whenever the topic of the end of the world comes up, we are told that that is not true. Evangelists say that this world will never end, that Jesus will return someday etc.. Yet eventually this world will end because of our sun. I'm curious as to how this fits into Christianity. Event...

Do you believe in the Bible Codes?
To tell you the truth I don't know. There are so many websites about the codes in the Bible. All I know is these codes exist only in the Torah and not the rest of the Bible. Yet codes can be found in other books other than the Bible. I really don't know much about this, and trying to find an unbiase...

Your Government sold the war on WMDs. That's how Blair sold it to us. You also had no UN approval: The attempt of the United Kingdom and the United States to obtain a further Resolution authorizing force failed. Thus, the U.S.-led invasion began without the express approval of the United Nations Se...

I voted yes, going into Iraq was the right thing to do. After the Saddam tapes were released I don't see how any intelligent person can say it was the wrong thing to do. http://www.nysun.com/article/29746?page_no=1 Quote: CAIRO, Egypt - A former Democratic senator and 9/11 commissioner says a recent...

[Now is practicing homosexuality is a sin? Well sin is missing the mark. Whose mark? God's mark. So such a question can only be understood in relation to God. What does God think of practicing homosexuality? For this Christians turn to Scripture, and as you may be aware there are many clear passage...

Re: Bible = Santa Claus
Hi all, Another question. I am debating on http://www.scienceagogo.com and below is a post from the Origins forum. It is a response to another Christian's post, and before I compose and post a response I thought I would get some input from people here (which has been very helpful already - thanks)....

Were early Christians socialists?
On another message board I'm on, an atheist keeps claiming early christians were socialists. I've searched the net and can't find anything about early Christians being socialist other than on atheist websites. Does anyone have the facts? Here is his argument. "2 Corinthians 8:13-15 "For I ...
