Re: Can we be so sure the Big Bang Model is accurate ?

i have started to examine this issue based on the recent information, that the farthest galaxies known to us have a blue shift, which indicates, these galaxies do not move farther away, but closer to us.
If that is the case, the universe would not expand.

Can we be so sure the Big Bang Model is accurate ?

http://creationwiki.org/Big_bang Evidence Against Age Proponents of the Big Bang measure an age of 13.7 Gyrs by tracing back the expansion of the universe to an initial point. However, unless the universe has gravitational attraction exactly balanced against this expansion it will either collapse in...

Re: Einstein's quotes

this is wonderful : http://www.christiscreator.com/evolutionclass101.htm Einstein's Gulf: On the one side, we find the real world of objects, events, and tensional spacetime relations. On the other side, we find fully abstract representations that contain information about the material world. That a...

A pastor , his wife, and two diacons of the church went to a night pray meeting , one hour away from where they lived. When they returned, they had a car accident. The diacons and the pastors wife died. The pastor got into coma. He felt as leaving his body, and arrived to the gates of heaven, and sa...

Re: ID...why isn't it religion?

i just stumbled over this thread, so i don't know if what i think has been expressed. Isn't the evolution theory not much more than a supposition ? no proofs ? then why is it called scientific ? Why does the origin of the world and the universe have to be teached as science at public schools ? I had...

Dr.Hugh Ross explains the clouds and gases where removed for the animals, which were created at that time

Re: Atheist Toolbox : has someone the guts to go that trough ?

To use a very loose analogy I would say that it is not an impossibility in my mind that the universe 'planets' or the earth 'peoples' in a similar sort of way that an apple tree 'apples'. I don't think it discounts the notion of god or that the notion of god invalidates attempts to understand these...
