It's analogous to placing fossils in the sedimentary rock all over the Earth, isn't it?A Y323 wrote:That would be deception, a form of lying, which is a sin. God can't sin.

Gman, I honestly don't know whether you're seriously unable to get what I'm saying, or whether you're playing the fool on purpose. If you're asking me for 100% proof that God didn't create us, then I've already quite willingly admitted that I'm unable to give you what you want. Just as I'm unable to...

Re: Re:
And there you go again... Again you postulate that evolution and natural selection is "proof" against the existence of God or God's creations. Which makes this the 5th time now I'm asking you to reveal the evidence for your assertions.. For the record, quoting from one of my previous post...

Re: Re:
That is a good point, but is there not process in which God did it, could science explain the process of how he did it, rather than as an alternative to him? Wasn't that sciences purpose in the first place? To see how God did the things he did. Ah, that is a more interesting argument. There's still...

Re: Dark Matter
The LHC crossed beams at 7 TeV (3.5 TeV each) today. All four (main) experiments reported seeing collisions. Maybe we'll soon have evidence of the supersymmetric particles that are thought to make up dark matter.

That is certainly not what you have been stating.... Now you are simply trying to save face it seems. You have been saying that nature, by itself, is capable of doing the job and that God didn't mold us out of clay. Why are you changing your tune now? I'm not. I've been saying the same thing all al...

Re: God loses!!
So I ask you again.. How does science diminish the need for God? Or.. How does evolution diminish the need for God?? Apparently, I'm not supposed to discuss this here, having just received a PM from the board owner advising me that the board is not meant to serve this purpose. However, seeing as yo...

Re: God loses!!
Unfortunately it was asked of Kynaros (about 4 times) to provide the evidence that disproves the existence of God. He couldn't provide it... Perhaps you and your knowledge could provide this overwhelming evidence. So by all means... Please reveal it.... Perhaps you misunderstood. I never implied th...

Re: God loses!!
(Responding to quite a few posts within this thread... No direct quotes.) I agree with Kynaros: "invest in God" is a euphemism for "don't bother using rational thought to figure stuff out, just trust that what the scriptures (and church leaders like the Pope, who is constantly pulling...

Re: Evolution - Just show me the money!
Yet there are no fossils of transitional forms, nothing that seems to be inbetween gorilla and chimp, or inbetween gorilla and human. That would be hard direct evidence for macroevolution rather than just the implication of likeness and descent. The lackthereof is hard direct evidence against it. S...

Re: Evolution Question.
Steinberg (whos not religious) says that evolution doesn't add up. He used the whale as a great example.. It took 9 million years to evolve but totally contradicts the neo Darwin belief. Therese no way it could evolve in such a short time and form the complex parts needed for the whale to be what i...

Re: Evolution Question.
They cannot be separated, you need one to get to the other. Obviously, you need to have created life in order to get to evolution/diversification. Natural selection explains (very cleanly!) the diversification part. However... Also origin of life events have never been witnessed by chance.. Please ...

You've been found out, my son. Try all you like; I'll not get wound up by your trash talk. :D I'll save my energy for those who argue via intelligent thought rather than cheap insults. (There are plenty of such individuals - those sharing your beliefs but, thankfully, not your attitude - on this bo...

Re: Evolution Question.
Life must have arisen by purposeless chemical evolution because there is no alternative. And after all Darwin explained that once you get live jump stated, you can carry it up to complex plants and animals and human beings. You're almost right. But we need to separate two things: Evolution The orig...
