Re: Shroud of Turin
Hey guys, I recently came across quite a few new Shroud links. Here are some videos I found. The first one talks about how there can't be any paint on the Shroud... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K54PaPcA9U Here is a three part discussion with Barrie Schwortz https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obN7kl...

Re: Interesting article about Richard Dawkins
Oh and PS, and from this, if this theory holds any water, I'm then very open to the possibility that most pop culture evangelicals especially the hell fire and brimstone type not to mention nearly all of the local pastors in my area are really closet atheists trying to advance the cause for secular ...

Interesting article about Richard Dawkins
Being the conspiracy theorist that you all know I can be sometimes, I have had these very thoughts about Dawkins in the past but have only kept them to myself. But now I must admit, I feel as positively hopeful as the author of this article. And what I'm referring to specifically is near the very en...

Please keep my dad in your prayers...
He has been having problems with one of his teeth here recently. He badly damaged it several months ago, but over the past couple of days it became abscessed and it's been causing him a lot of pain. So if it's ok, please keep him in your prayers that he can get this resolved. Thank you.

Re: Assuming that I lose all or most of my friends and famil
Hey I kinda resent that, because technically I'm a Baptist! Well, I mainly have a Baptist upbringing. I really consider myself non denominational but technically if I had to choose a denomination on a fill out sheet I guess I would pick Baptist. Hmm, I guess that might be another reason why I'm surr...

Re: Shroud of Turin
Ah, good, good assessment on that. I just thought I would mention it since it was something I don't think we have covered until now. Either way, it's great to get that squared away in case if someone else here is aware of that and had questions about it. Talk to you later bro. GB.

Re: Shroud of Turin
Hey bipmeister and everyone else, what do you all make of this article? Now it doesn't have to do with whether or not the shroud being authentic, it's a article suggesting that from what the evidence shows on the Shroud that it appears as though that Christ might have been crucified with His arms ab...

Alleged papyrus on Jesus having a wife
Hey everyone, for the past couple of days, this has been a big topic on facebook, and I was curious as to what you all think. Here is the article that it all stems from.

Re: Assuming that I lose all or most of my friends and famil
That is not what I said...I said, no one knows if heaven has more people or not, and it isn't your concern, or mine to contemplate on this, when we really can't do it. Why on earth would you say that I like a legalistic persona of God? I don't, and I don't appreciate you declaring that without any ...

Re: Assuming that I lose all or most of my friends and famil
Will do 1over137, but on a side note, I noticed that many here call you a queen, which I think is nice but it's also slightly unfitting. Because the way I see it, calling a woman a queen is almost like calling a woman mam in the 21st century, it makes women feel old. The reason why I say that is tha...
