Re: God's Ten Commandments? Still valid?

^ hey I was rather enjoying this (says the cultist Catholic :poke:  ). Why do you, a "cultic" Catholic, worship on Sunday? Does your reason for doing so match up to that of Rome's Challenge ? . . Lol, Bav. That's just not gonna happen. I have neither the time nor the energy to re...

Re: Pope: GOD made people gay

It’s a slippery slope. I’m not saying it’s not a sin as I said I don’t know but the couple of references in the Old Testament are on par with eating shellfish and working on the sabbath. We pretty much allow both of those with an understanding of it being Old Testament teaching and not entirely rel...

Re: Pope: GOD made people gay

Like how it’s an abomination to eat sea creatures without fin or scale so crab, lobster, squid and calamari. Plus bacon and pork. Or to approach a menstruating female. Or all insects that crawl on all fours. An unfit animal for slaughter. All work and employment on the sabbath. Getting divorced ect...

Stu wrote: Tue May 22, 2018 9:40 am What do you mean you don't know if being gay is wrong. Of course it is, the Bible calls it an abomination. End of story.

Don't bring your feelings into it.
No it doesn't Stu. The Bible condemns homosexual acts.
In full agreement with RickD here! :)

Re: Pope: GOD made people gay

God created humans. In doing so gave us the immense blessing of freewill. In freewill lies sin. It can’t not. Choice as divine as it is creates a uniqueness and diversity in every person and with that creates a unique footprint for every person. Nothing is new under the sun for God. Nothing unknown...

Re: Jac3510

My last thing I gave up with the fructose corn syrup is sugar-free coffee creamer. I LOVE coffee - 2/3 pot a day - but I did switch to decaf! But no way can I drink it black. I've tried stevia and almond milk - which is okay, but it's not creamy (at all). So, I'm experimenting. Tried coconut milk -...

Re: God's Ten Commandments? Still valid?

I feel a strange need to come to Rick's defense here as I feel you're rather unfairly not just letting things lie when you're not enjoying the discussion either. To be clear back, you also don’t see eye to eye because you just don't seem to listen to what anyone claims otherwise to what you already...

Re: God's Ten Commandments? Still valid?

Bav I think you are missing the bigger picture here. Consider this, "There is no jew..." stop and let that sink in, please. The 10 were given to a specific family of people. Any gentile following them out of exodus had to follow the 10 not because he was given them but because he was livi...

Re: God's Ten Commandments? Still valid?

Bav, It's clear to me that we are just not going to agree on this subject, so I'm going to respectfully cease all discussion with you regarding this. So, please don't take it personally when I don't respond. Just to be clear, we don’t see eye to eye because you just will not provide proof for what ...

Re: God's Ten Commandments? Still valid?

warren631, Do you believe Jesus Christ is God? And no, I'm not asking if you if you believe Jesus Christ is the Father. RickD, Do you believe Jesus is the God of Genesis, the Creator, YHWH, the owner of the finger that wrote on tablets of stone...? And no, I'm no asking if you if you believe Jesus ...

Re: God's Ten Commandments? Still valid?

If it is against forum rules to ask for someone ( or a moderator ) to provide evidence for their claim(s)...biblical or otherwise, I'd really like to be made aware of this.
