Would this amount not be sub...

Vash, Definitely continue researching and praying but... Some things to consider: If God were going to reveal himself to his creation, would he wait 4700 years? (Islam start around 700 A.D.) Or would He reveal himself before any other The promise of Christ started 4000 B.C. (See Gen 3:15) And I will...

Messianic Jews
Are there any Messianic Jews on this site?
I was curious what Messianic Jews believe as far as the controversial subjects are concerned like election, predestination, OSAS, etc....
Do any of you know? Or do the same controversies exists within that group as well?

I have question about this subject of whther chistians do not have to show eveidence of salvation in the form of good works. If this is true it would only be for a very immature christian, Like those discussed in 1 Corinthians When you say that a saved person may not necessarily have evidence in the...

Revelation 3:5
Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. What does this mean to blot out his name from the book of life. I see that it can mean any of ...

If you take this to mean only that only those that can physically hear can become saved then what about the deaf? Good point. I had not considered that. Hearing means understanding. I agree completely with what you said. I am just trying to understand the Calvinist reasoning. I am thinking that if ...

Yes! So it would seem that not only grace but the faith with which we receive the gift of grace is a gift in a sense. Does that make sense? No. I don't see what you mean? I thought the reason we received grace is because we believed in the Gospel. Can you explain? Grace/salvation is a gift offered ...
