All through mankind's history, concerning all the various races, tribes, nations, the thought and idea and desire for immortality have been there. The Elixir of life with alchemists from different cultures and periods se...

Have been reading Hugh Ross's book 'Hidden Treasures in the Book of Job'. He feels there was death before...

Re: Creation vs. evolution
Thanks neo. Guess i should have been a bit more clear. I was starting to think i was being shunned. 'She' believes in evolution without God, atheist. Interesting, the evolution and God approach, which is still a new concept to this greenhorn. She, however asks biblical questions often and not in a a...

Re: In the Bible...

I have always been a avid reader, the Bible was one of the books i picked up to read, with a bit of the intent to see how wrong it was ( being one of those if i cannot see it, it's not real) i came acroos and read thi...

Re: Books ?
Just read a review on it. Sounds great. The review put me in mind of a book i had read years ago, i had forgotten about, that i really liked. 'The Diary of Adam and Eve' - Mark TwainStygian wrote:I think every Christian should read "The Screwtape Letters." One of my favorites.
