Prayer for ... well ... me
I will start my post with Bible quote:
- James 5:13 (NASB95)
13 Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises.
14 Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;
15 and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.
16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
Now, I confess that I'm sick and suffering. Well not so much then before. I am better now. Slowly recovering from depression. It was horrible. I am taking pills from doctor, but what I really need is Greater Healer. So, please, pray for me that I finally fully recover. My doctor is happy that I am getting better. She knows that I recently (several months ago) finally converted and she is a witness of God's work as some others are. Prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much and I suppose there are righteous men on this forum. Thanks my friends.
P.S.1: I also have done some terrible sin.
P.S.2: The time has come to open up a little bit.
P.S.3: Don't want the depression to get back to me again.

But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.

Re: Prayer for ... well ... me
my prayers are with you.
It would be a blessing if they missed the cairns and got lost on the way back. Or if
the Thing on the ice got them tonight.
I could only turn and stare in horror at the chief surgeon.
Death by starvation is a terrible thing, Goodsir, continued Stanley.
And with that we went below to the flame-flickering Darkness of the lower deck
and to a cold almost the equal of the Dante-esque Ninth Circle Arctic Night
without.

1Tim1:15-17
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever.Amen.

Praying for you, Sister. I too have sufferd (and still suffer) bouts of extreme depression. I'm glad you are feeling alot better, but don't take this as a sign that it has completely gone away. Keep active, keep vibrant, and keep praying, for prayer is more powerful than we sometimes think.1over137 wrote:Now, I confess that I'm sick and suffering. Well not so much then before. Re: Prayer for ... well ... me
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your heart by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

Father in heaven, we lift up our friend, known only to us as 1over137, to you in the name of Your Son the Lord Jesus Christ. In His name, I ask You to release warrior angels to drive away from her any evil spirits that may be harassing, controlling, attacking or deceiving her. Let your servant enjoy the powerful protection that comes from the Precious Blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ, which was shed for her on Calvary. Let her hear Your voice and always walk in Your ways. Amen.
Blessings and Peace to you <3

To sustain the belief that there is no God, atheism has to demonstrate infinite knowledge, which is tantamount to saying, “I have infinite knowledge that there is no being in existence with infinite knowledge".
