Because of apple?
This morning I felt very miserable. I finally prayed and asked for 'not having this suffering'. After 15 minutes or so the torturing feeling dissapeared. I felt relief. In between I ate apple.
But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.

Maybe your blood sugar was low, and the apple helped. My wife gets like that sometimes. She's not diabetic, but she notices when she needs food. Good thing you had an apple, not grapes. Let's see... 5kg... 2.2 pounds per kg...=11 pounds. That metric system stuff takes some getting used to. Reactionary, the metric system is for the simple minded. Anyone can divide by 10. The system we use in the US, takes some real brain power to use. It's so complicated, that we all have to be geniuses to use our system. US=all geniuses.
