Osho on Jesus

Post by Proinsias »

I like Osho. The man, in my opinion, had a great insight whilst having little regard for observing social norms - man is not meant to be monogamous, family is not the basic unit, community is and so forth.

I recently came across this article by him on Jesus and thought it may be of interest to some here.

Jesus didn't die on the cross and moved to India etc, but some interesting points nevertheless imo.

Was thinking about posting this in the communism/socialism thread but I think it deserves it's own thread.

Proinsias, after reading that article, I am at a complete loss for words.
John 5:24
24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

If they had a social gospel in the days of the prodigal son, somebody would have given him a bed and a sandwich and he never would have gone home.

OK...some Christians are weird and looney, just like Osho.
