Any one use a Epson Workforce 610 Printer?

Post by B. W. »

does Any one use a Epson Workforce 610 Printer?

I repalced Ink and used the test and clean nozzle function and still my printer does not print, it keeps telling me change ink - yet they all have been changed. The test pattern comes back with gaps and nothing seems to work.

Any ideas on how to fix this besides a 44 Mag or a shotgun or toss just out the window? Or sell at a pawn shop?

If you go the 44 mag route, could you video it and upload to youtube so we can watch the action.

Dan
1Tim1:15-17
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever.Amen.

Try the instruction booklet that came with the printer. Darn men! Never want to read the instructions. They all think they can do it their own way.

Got it to work - clean the heads, adjust the nozzles and the test patteren was still showing broken ink.

So I just decided to print a test page - the ink finally came out and it prints... Some of the ink was heavier in spots but after three pages , this resolved...

Oh well - put back the shotgun,,,,

Good thing you made it. Printers can behave unusually at times, I know that mine sometimes just refuses to execute a command to print, it remains as pending in the queue, but won't start, especially when I change ink. Sometimes I have to restart both the computer and the printer to solve the problem.
"Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces." Matthew 7:6

"For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse." Romans 1:20
