Pat has a gift it seems lately of creating controversy by speaking his mind openly.

Check out this article and video of Pat Robertson responding to a viewer question about a young earth.

Wow. Good for him!

He's probably the last person I expected to come out and say that.

The thing is that you are dealing with multiple lines of evidence and if you question them all because of the age of the earth, then you question them in regards to everything else including the dating of NT and OT documents, archaeological finds, dates that confirm events in the bible, etc, etc.

I still think Pat Robertson is still insane, but good for him for this. I honestly wouldn't have guessed that he was a believer in old-Earth creationism, especially since I swear his tv show sells young-Earth books and things.
