Were the Nephilim really demon-humans? Or, as I've also read: the "daughters of men" were the ungodly descendants of Cain, and the "sons of God" were the godly descendants of Seth.

yes exactly, however I think they were a product of fallen angels and mankind. Also i think some giants in numbers are referred to as nephalim in a town if you are interested.

Angels don't have sex organs. How would they breed?yes exactly, however I think they were a product of fallen angels and mankind.
It would be a blessing if they missed the cairns and got lost on the way back. Or if
