Welcome. Sad to hear about Christians not being Christians (well, we all are sinner, but...).
Anyway, welcome and hopefully enjoy!

I am a Biblical eschatologist; I am fairly well-known in the community of Biblical eschatologists and have maintained my own 'Eschatology Today' blog since 2009. I am convinced that we are living in the last days (years actually) prior to the establishment of Christ's Millennial Kingdom. I believe in the imminence of a pre-70th Week Harpazo for the bride of Christ.
I am here because the forum I had belonged to until very recently had suddenly taken a very hard-line, uncompromising and frankly unChristian attitude regarding any post having to do with Old Earth Creationism, or Berean investigation of the original Hebrew text of Genesis (Be-reshit) for greater insights into what our Omnipotent God spoke into existence. I have been a fan of Dr. Gerald Schroeder since watching him on a television series broadcast by the late-Zola Levitt about a decade or so ago.
Welcome aboard Sean!

Re: Please Introduce Yourself Here
Hello Everyone!
I'm so happy to have stumbled onto this site. I think cruising through the posts and being a part of the discussions will help clear things up for me. I've been going to church for almost a year now and continue to struggle with being more than the "Sunday Christian". Making changes and making those changes stick is my biggest challenge. I say that I know how a person should act, but I don't do this well.
I live in Indiana in the US, divorced without children, have a boyfirend of 15 years, and am employed as a registered nurse. I do have 2 cats and a dog who pretty much run my apartment!
I look forward to learning from you!

Ludwik Kowalski (see Wikipedia) is the author of a FREE ON-LINE autobiography, entitled “Diary of a Former Communist: Thoughts, Feelings, Reality.”

It is a testimony based on a diary kept between 1946 and 2004 (in the USSR, Poland, France and the USA).
The more people know about proletarian dictatorship the less likely will we experience it.

Re: Please Introduce Yourself Here
A short introduction: I am a male believer, 49 years old, though not part of any organized church since my teens. I am currently a messianic or Hebrew roots believer. I am also a YEC and believe that the tribulation could start very soon, and don't bother looking for a rapture as a ticket out, it's not going to happen until near the end.

Cutting to the chase and getting all of your controversial beliefs out on the table I see.
Welcome to the forum.

Hello everyone, found these forums a couple of weeks back and they look very interesting.
I see myself as a Protestant Trinitarian, having said that though I do see some parts of Reformed doctrine contradicting Scripture. I am therefore looking forward to discussing these issues. However, before I enter into such discussions I would like to explain the reasons why I came to believe as I do now and ask you a question, but I think I ought to start another thread for this.
Best wishes and see you soon
