I don't know what forum to ask this qoestion so I'll try here.
I've tried to post a picture in a new topic but the pic was rejected and I'd like to know what
the rules are for that.
I looked in FAQ but couldn't find any instructions. (doesn't mean it's not there but I couldn't find it)
Could someone help?

Are you trying to copy and paste pics from an iPhone? My iPhone won't allow me to copy and paste pics.
