Evolution, meaning change over time, that is observable in nature, isn't only what Neo is arguing for. He's also arguing that the kinds of evolution that aren't observable, are fact as well.

If one believes in TE, then one believes evolution is guided by God. So, I'll ask Neo, how can you separate evolution from Theistic Evolution?
Not all TE believe that evolution is GUIDED by God.
Some believe that the process in of itself does not NEED God to control it 24/7.
That God can at times decide to guide it is of course God's prerogative BUT the process doesn't require that He do so all that time.
