A rant from one of my face book friends.

Don't know where to even start with this one....

Well God, we've done our best to illiminate child leukemia , and some of your more horrible incarnations such as syphilis we have managed to do some thing about, however Tsunamis we have found difficult to stop when in full flow, as well as the rather large storms that have come our way. furthermore many of the wars you mention are due to the fact that the enemy seem to have this strange faith in another entity they believe to be GOD and as you still refuse to give us any empirical evidence that you exist in the form we believe, they are often very difficult to convince and hardened by the insult that their god is not the same as our god. In fact , some of the wars you mention have actually been between differing parts of your own religion that struggle with different interpretations of your very own book, due to the fact that it is peppered with inconsistencies, errors and additions. If you could please stop allowing the greedy money grabbing to be successful in the world then I believe you might also go a little way to help the homelessness and unfair balance between the poor and the rich . God ?....are you still there....God ...?....just a little help is all we'd need . Perhaps a little glimpse of proof would really be cool, and if you could just calm down on the cancers and the disasters and the injustice among nature that allows the strong to survive through force, massacre and violence , as opposed our lovely neat idea that morality and fairness are better properties to uphold , that would be great. I mean that's what you taught us wasn't it? When Moses came down with those words that you couldn't actually tell us yourself but had to have him write down in secret for us. You know the commandments bit , just before the bit when we have to stone our children to death for disobedience , or kill the homosexuals .....that bit. Its like you said isn't it ....'Let him that is without sin cast the first stone...@ well ....you didn't actually say that , it was added in as an event to the new testament 3 centuries after the event, being added in to the margin on one copy and then slowly , as the monks ( the only people that could read and write well enough) copied the words they just added it in to the main part of the text. I mean are you happy that they did this over 30,000 times to your word? Are you still sure we understand anything of hat you stood for Jesus .....er ...Yahweh...er Spirit...er ....whatever
