You've weakened the argument by making it about desire, but it is at least that, yes. The blessed will not desire sin because they will see perfectly what is good, what is rational, what is right, and that is what will make it desirable. But, insofar as desires are concerned, that is correct. Not only will they not desire it, but they will look upon the very idea with a stomach turning wretch. If practical impeccability and the ability to see God prevents people from having that desire to sin in the new world; why do you suppose God didn’t give people this in the current world? Because God saw it fitting to make that end (the beatific vision) a gift, which entails an offer and acceptance. The same held true for angels, by the way. Some accepted the gift, and others rejected it and fell. See the page I linked Paul to earlier for an in depth discussion on that.
