Regarding Rankings
When I look at "senior member" or "board moderator " on somebody's profile I ask, what do these categories mean?

Board moderator is a person who has responsibility of a moderator. Also has some moderator permissions like edit other's posts, ban, etc.
There is also old school rank. Those are guys who were previous moderators or admins.
