The Presbyterian church in the US, has promoted homosexuality as normal, for some time now.
When I was a child/teen in the 70's an early 80's, we went to a Presbyterian church. We went there because the pastor at the time, stood against homosexual sin, despite what his church leaders wanted him to teach.

How they are to perform such marriage? Should they in church say it is ok with God? Should they ask the couple to promise not to have sex?
