And in Scotland, it's culturally acceptable for a man to molest sheep. So what's your point?
Heck, the way things are going and with the wild logic that judges use to render new decisions, how long will it be before a man can marry his favorite ewe. To which most will respond with "eewwwwwwwww." But not all. Some wiseguys will look at it philosophically and then exclaim, "Well, why NOT? If he wants to marry it, who is to say he shouldn't have the right?" And then later the guy dies and leaves all his worldly goods to his mourning sheep wife, and then suddenly property and inheritance law specialists will truly be surfing on the edge. This idea that every time someone wants something and attempts to obtain it by asserting that it is his natural (though UNnatural) right - well, that mentality is quickly greasing the handbasket. And later, some dude will want his own harem flock But women will still have to fight harder to wed their beloved ram.
Philip,
You truly have a sick sense of humor!

Coming from you, Rick, I guess I should take that as a compliment. And let's just hope it never goes beyond a lamenting joke. Nowadays everyone seems to be increasing in "rights" except Christians.

Well, since you kept the above entirely hetero I'll ok it. As long as men aren't marrying rams & women ewe's I think it can work.
Guys, seriously . . . it takes a LOT to gross me out . . .
This thread did not do it.

And that, brothers and sisters, is the kind of foolishness you get people who insist on denying biblical theism. A good illustration of any as the length people will go to avoid acknowledging basic truths.
Of course, I was being absurd to illustrate an important question: Where does this whole "I have a right to ..." stuff end?" In nefariously skilled hands, lawyers and judges can twist and interpret the law and constitution to mean just about whatever they want it to. And once an issue has legal precedence established, who knows what is possible, eventually. We've got people pursuing their sinful desires along with those in our judicial system seemingly eager to accommodate them. Still, at the end of the day, and whatever the law, it is individuals who sin; it's THEIR responsibility. But bad laws and judges do enable and encourage often sinful behavior (by legalizing it).
When adulterers unite and try to make laws saying adultery is not a sin, and they attack anyone who won't agree with them, and then try to force those who disagree with them, to agree with their adulterous lifestyle, then we'll give adultery as much attention as homosexual sins.

I think that at the moment of conception all men are equal, then things start to change. These changes are due to each parents DNA, body chemistry, and other factors.
