Comic books are fiction. Also, many founders of comic books and comic characters are Jewish artists. Comic books also frequently play with world mythologies with regards to some character backstories, and also for villains that challenge the heroes. (Wonder Woman in some incarnations has some elements of Greek myth in some versions of her backstory. Marvel's Thor and Loki are figures of Norse mythology, which itself is a factor of the Marvel universe.) Characters of different environments and religious and cultural backgrounds have been done in comic books for decades. It's nothing new, really. Comic books have rather weird and incoherent metaphysics, though. It's quite confusing and very hilarious.

It's not anything I'd fuss about, unless it's something taking a toll on your conscience or having negative impact on your spiritual growth (I.E. becoming an idol of greater importance to you than God, or having some sort of unhealthy addiction.)
