The profile question, ask, do you consider yourself a Christian, the answer is yes. I also believe in the same evolution and big bang concepts, that the Catholic Church teaches in it's schools. I understand that some non Catholics, clearly HATE Catholic teachings and always have, but Catholic teachings are not going to change for people who believe in a 5,000 year old Earth.RickD wrote:TheQuestor,

Science will happen, with or without those who choose to remain in the unscientific past, one billion Catholics are moving, to a better future, where Catholics will help cure inherited evolutionary diseases and feed the hungry, with new foods, evolved from old ones, to not do these things is clearly against the teachings of Christ.
