You, too, might be a resurrected saint. One who was greatly abused through abortion. "A bruised reed He shall not break."
I can assure you I am not!

It is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment.
Crystal clear in scripture.
I find it interesting you ask 'how so'
Outrageous because it goes against Gods word.

Your are delusional and unwell if so my prayers go out to you,
You are delusional and under attack from a demonic spirit if so then my prayers go out to you,
You like playing cryptic word games if so say what you mean and mean what you say,
Or you are here for your unsavoury entertainment if so it won't be tolerated long!

But how would you know? If you are baptized into Christ, you are also baptized into His Death and Resurrection. Christ has come into the world, rising from the dead to do so. He rose again after His Death. Now you expect He is not on top of things?melanie wrote:I can assure you I am not!

I can understand you being certain about yourself. But how can you presume upon anothers fate when it is not you who raises as does Christ? I can say for certain because the Bible gives us the tools and wisdom to know God's Word, and the Holy Spirit gives us the discernment and wisdom to know when one is speaking outside of it.thesign wrote:But how would you know? No, claim is your word of choice. Also, I wrote 1,925, not 1,952.B. W. wrote:You claim to have been in Hell and the abyss or 1,952 years
From c. 31 A.D. to the date of Christ's Wilfull Atonement in Sacrifice was the period of time that I was in a literal hell, sheol, hades, etc., for me, and for all others who had died before that time (yes, including Adam and Eve). Christ said "I have come to save that which was lost." That is something about which you must think in order to understand the daily dilemma of humanity during Christ's Walk with us before the Redemption. That He also set up a boundary not to be passed, the state of those souls prior to the Redemption was one of permanence.
However, when He did die, it is rightful to say that those others and my soul were transferred to purgatory, which is temporary.

Can you please describe what it was like for you in both these places? What do you remember? Have you always had these memories or was there a point in time when you remembered?thesign wrote: From c. 31 A.D. to the date of Christ's Wilfull Atonement in Sacrifice was the period of time that I was in a literal hell, sheol, hades, etc.,

Re: Why can`t I hear God?
I found in my life that I "hear" more and better from God when I cease trying to focus on what method or approach I should use. That assumes that God is distant and aloof and the onus is on me.Storyteller wrote:Okay, I definitely believe in God and accept Jesus as my Saviour but I do have doubts, tears and a lot of questions.
The thing I`m wrestling with at the moment is although I am totally convinced in my faith I don`t seem to be hearing God. I talk to Him all the time but I can`t hear Him!
Maybe I just haven`t learnt to listen properly or I`m missing something. I know He must be able to hear me and I ache for some clue that He is really listening.
Although I`m sincere in my beliefs I seem to lack the total conviction of committed Christians, is it possible that this is why I don`t seem to be having a personal relationship with God? Surely God wants us to question things?
When I chat to God I don`t say the things out loud, I`m figuring God knows what I`m thinking and He must know I`m talking to Him but maybe I need to say things out loud?
Any thoughts and guidance would be appreciated!
When I stopped trying and started being still and quiet and meditating, I found that God was there all the time and I could listen and hear better.
I've seen a lot of other answers here and I'm not discounting them. Sometimes the Bible serves as a medium where this happens. Sometimes, it's just a period of quiet where I calm my mind and allow myself to remember that God is not separate from me and far away.
Often it comes when I stop looking to God for answers to my mind and simply look to God for assurance that He is present and loves me and maybe that will be bring answers or maybe it will just bring peace in whatever circumstances I find myself whether I see an immediate answer or not.
