Abbreviations and what they mean

Post by Storyteller »

I have posted this here as I`m not sure where else to put it!

As a newcomer to all of this there are a multitude of abbreviations that I don`t know what they stand for, also some of the terms used.

For example I`ve learnt that YEC is Young Earth Creationism, OEC Old Earth, ToE Theory of Evolution but there are so many more.

Is there a glossary of terms anywhere? If not, can posters help me by posting abbreviations, terms here with an explanation?

Some of them can have different meanings depending on the context. For example PC can mean Progressive Creationism or Primary Cause. It would be much easier to ask what an abbreviation means in this thread than to have everyone post it first.

You can also make your own abbreviations up too. :)
