Well, it's unconstitutional. And if I were any church, I'd not only ignore it, but threaten to sue the bazooka out of the City if they try to enforce it. And the press should find out who proposed it - both the local and national press. Obviously, this is an attempt to begin exerting control over the content and free speech of Christians. And I wouldn't doubt that the gay rights Nazis are behind it all.
