My only advice is to find a good counselor that knows about the issue you're facing.
Anxiety is no joke!
I can indirectly sympathize with you. My son was in your shoes last year. It got so bad that we actually had to take him to the ER, because anxiety caused his BP to go sky high! He's doing much better now. We took him to speak with someone who gave him some things to do to help him with his anxiety.Wasthereonce wrote:
