Easy way how not to derail threads: posting link where the debate is going to be continued. y*-:)

Thanks all for doing that.

Now we can talk maybe about honesty. Atheists, christians, agnostics, whoever...
There is a space for being more honest. Isn't there?

Well, I don't know if I could be more honest. I'm always honest. :econfused:

Of course. And as long as nobody starts claiming their religion is better we wont see that particular bit of invidious
dishonesty.

Christianity is better than any religion! And that's the honest to God truth!!!

Good point Audie! Yes, the Christ was always there in the "guise" if-you-will of the Hebrew Messiah.
So prior to the Christ, I suppose it would have been something like Messianic Judaism.

Prophets within Israel did speak of the Messiah and a new covenant prior to the Christ's arrival.

It was a pleasure to talk via emails with my best Christian friend. We were totally open and honest to each other, one did not have to fear saying things.

John: … If he reveals himself to me, I will have to say I believe.
Hana: Yes, of course.
John: … If I am not believing, it doesn't disprove his existence.
Hana: Yes, I agree. I can say nothing more, just this: If He is then He is. If He is not then He is not.
---
Hana: … If He is then He is. If He is not then He is not.
John: I always appreciate your utter honest fairness. That is why I can write freely, even if we do not see it together.
---
Just short snippets from our talk.

It was great to find my friend.

I from time to time met the friend I mentioned I valued much. But then Somehow we slowly split up. Sad, but that's life.

No, that is not the same person. I provided two links with my testimony. One from this forum and other from mtw organization. If you read the second link you will know.

Through my first friend (it was she) I got to know my best friend. Not directly though as he was boss of her. And only later I sent him email and we got started emailing and became friends.

---

Oh, my mistake I used simple past tense. i should have written: it has been great to find my friend.

What, you occasionally make a mistake when the tense you would have been going to have used if you'd been thinking is not the one you have been using? English is so simple!
