Been married for 14 years, together for 20. We met when I was 25 and he my best friend, even now.
Our story is a long, complicated one. We have been through pretty much everything that could be thrown at us yet we are still together, older, wiser and scarred but still solid.
My husband is the most important person in my life (apart from my daughter and God) and as difficult and challenging as it is sometimes, I wouldn`t want to be anywhere else.
(At least until Benedict Cumberbatch comes a-calling!)

In September this year, it's our 49th anniversary. Oh wait...you didn't ask how long it feels like I've been married.
It'll be 19 years in September.
