And yes, I do believe in the Loch Ness Monster. (Not that I`m implying you`re a monster)
Isn't calling a woman "Nessie", the same as calling her a fat, old dinosaur?

Storyteller, shame on you!!! y[-(

Noooooooooo!

It`s describing her as a beautiful, mythical creature.

Um...no. Nice try, but Nessie is not mythical! She lives in Loch Ness!! I can't believe you've given your Scottish heritage a bad name by claiming Nessie is mythical!

William Wallace would not be happy!

That`s an awesome pic Rick!

I apologize unreservedly for implying our dear Nessie was mythical. I was probably thinking of unicorns. Flying ones. Or dragons. Or Father Christmas.

Thought I should make an official introduction...

22 year old male, real name Tom (though lots of people call me Tommy. I like both. 8)) I started investigating Christianity around the turn of the year. I'm from the UK also just like Storyteller (even if she does spell "apologise" with a 'z'...) in the north east specifically. I found these forums some time last year but it took me a while to decide to sign up. I enjoy reading a great deal of the material here and there is certainly a large amount of stimulating material to get through. Any questions, feel free to ask. :D

FTFY. We should help Tomtom feel at home for awhile, ya know? I don't mind misspelling words if it helps him get along a bit better.

Tommy, welcome to the boards. Good to have you with us.

And that, brothers and sisters, is the kind of foolishness you get people who insist on denying biblical theism. A good illustration of any as the length people will go to avoid acknowledging basic truths.

Thomas, welcome aboard!

BTW, I'd hate to go by "Tom" and also have a nephew or niece!
