Good points. For a long time I missed the big family Christmases we used to have at one of my aunts' places (in Masterton :esmile: ) till I was maybe 15, but I'm starting to enjoy Christmas with just the four of us. I can see why other aspects of Christmas can cause anxiety for people as well.

I think if you are already feeling down it can be worse too.

Like there is all this pressure to be joyful and glad so sometimes we just go with the flow and put on the smile and away we go.
