If you guys think fruitcake is an insult, I feel bad for you, because you've never had a proper fruit cake before (often called tarts) they come in almost any flavor, and are as nutritious as they are delicious. Add some honey glaze to the top, or caramel. Take one bite and shoot your soul straight into heaven.

If you referring to paranormal type of stuff, then yes. I know about 10 people at the police dept who had experiences on the job or lived in a "haunted house". The police culture is fairly macho and don't talk about this topic unless they know you a long time and trust you. Even then its highly unlikely they will volunteer to speak about any experience.

I've had a couple strange incidents

While the paranormal falls under the umbrella of the supernatural and means essentially the same thing, paranormal usually refers to what most classify as "ghosts".

What I can't justify in my head about ghosts is how prevalent they are in folk lore across every culture on the planet. From the furthest corner of the world Australia, the Bunyip tales, to more contemporary locations such as Greek legends about shades, to Victorian-era Shakespeare plays about wraiths, the "Sadako" ghostly maidens of Japan, the woman in white who hitchhikes across North America (and other countries as well) bad jujus, wendigos, and on and on.

Ghost stories are endemic to every culture in the world, while other supernatural beings, such as vampires and werewolves, are regional and easily explained away as either rabies, too much testosterone, or both.

Ghosts baffle me for this reason. What is the explanation?

I'd settle there if I had the money. It's far away from the problems of the world, and the people there speak English.

Yes I think there is evidence for both sides God and Satan

Although not proof.I think bible prophecy is evidence that God knows the future.Like for instance it was prophecies the the Jewish people would eventually lose their land Israel and that the people would be scattered throughout the world. But in the last days God would bring them back to their land Israel and that it would become a nation, before the word nation was even used, the bible said a nation, which Israel is today but also that they would be surrounded by enemies and yet still blossom and bloom in the midst of their enemies but also their Jewish temple would be destroyed which is a fulfilled prophecy because the Jews in Israel have no Jewish temple, yet they have their land back amd yet this prophecy that are thousands of years old has been fulfilled. And there is no other race of people who lost their land and then thousands of years later regained their land and became a nation like with Israel and the Jewish people.

And for the other side I would say witchcraft like with psychics, now most psychics are fake and just after people's money but real psyphics can know things about you by consulting with demon spirits. They can tell you things happening in your life, that they could not know. This is because demons can communicate with them.Demons can see, think, plot, talk to each other, etc. The thing is though is since it comes from Satan's kingdom they do not know the future. But it is deceptive to make a person think so because they can know things about you that they could not have known. It is just demons telling them things about you that makes it seem real. They do not know the future though like some think. They can only know the past or present.

Matthew 12:43-45
Hebrews 12:2-3 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

2nd Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of this glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God,should shine unto them.

One common theme in stories is that spirits are attracted to locations or scenes of violence, evil practices/occult, suicides, gross abuse of people by other people, etc. Some examples are prisons, mental institutions, battlefields, crime scenes.
