You are actually the second person to recommend that to me. I guess I assume it would be way over my head. But maybe I will give it a go.
You''ll love it, trust me.
thats what I thought too, that I would never grasp whatever the idea was.
The way jac explains it is illuminating, you'll feel it, I promise.

Like the others before me, Lady Nessa, I would highly recommend you read DS by Lord Jac, it is one of the most "Wow" philosophy i have ever have the honor to read, and still reading it now, or should I say studying it.
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.

Disappointment is inevitable. But to become discouraged, there's a choice I make. God would never discourage me. He would always point me to himself to trust him. Therefore, my discouragement is from Satan. As you go through the emotions that we have, hostility is not from God, bitterness, unforgiveness, all of these are attacks from Satan.

Should I call him Rabbi now? (Since he teaches us)

Here. Read this.

Believe me, it's well worth the read. One of the best books I've ever read.*

Maybe I should clarify my above post. I really didn't read it. I just looked at the pictures.

Can sunlight come from something other than the Sun? The difficulty people have in answering the question is really due to understanding that the light within us (moral compass) can't come from anything other than God. To believe you have a morality different from God is to not have morality.

ST is observant to relate it back to what Divine Simplicity says of God in relation to his goodness.

So a better question might be if God as represented by Christianity continued into the NT being one who punishes sin, should we just resign ourselves to the fact we're God's enemy? Stop worshipping God, writhe and just live out our days doing whatever we please, maybe causing God as much grief as we possibly can.
