See, now I know not
Unless I look
beneath the veneer
A film of protection
a protest
beneath the veneer
An open heart
a disguised truth
beneath the veneer.

I use sarcasm to cover up my ignorance. Is it working?Nessa wrote:Good for whose mind?RickD wrote:I exercise sarcasm. It's good for the mind, body, and soul.
Shame on you for messing with people's minds!

Re: Exercise
Hi Nessa
I like to run and play basketball.
I play for a local team in my town, good bunch of guys.
I also run 10km on the weekend and try to run 4km twice or three times through the week, this is hard during non-daylight savings periods as it is dark when I get home and we have very little street lighting where I live. I usually put on a few kg over winter and run it off when daylight savings starts.

1Tim1:15-17
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever.Amen.

The cartoon on the first post reminds me of an old joke from bomb squad techs. If you see me running, don't ask why, just follow!Nessa wrote:Just wondering who here exercises?
