Blowing up soldiers is more complicated. Were the Jews justified when they assassinated British soldiers in Palestine? How about when the French Resistance assassinated German occupation soldiers? What about Muslims blowing up Israeli soldiers in Palestine? In every instance the answer is going to depend who you ask.
