You may not know the names, but I'm sure you've seen Omran's photo displayed as part of Western propaganda against Syria and Russia trying to free Aleppo. Besides both being Syrian boys, can you guess what both have in common?
What do Omran Daqneesh and Abdullah Issa have in common?

Both are used in Western propaganda, yes -- one made out to be villain-like, the other an innocent victim of bombings. But, no propaganda isn't it.
Big hint. It's to do with WHO was involved in taking the footage of both.

I give up. Without googling, I have no idea.
The suspense is killing me. Please tell.

Re: What do Omran Daqneesh and Abdullah Issa have in common?
Oh cut it... I see this one fell flat.
Nonetheless the photographer is a guy call Mahmoud Raslan in both.
He has openly expressed sympathy with the kid killers, though he backtracked a couple months ago since such doesn't obviously sit well with many in the public. Nonetheless, whenever the Syrian refugees are mentions, this photo is always propped up -- what about refugees like this? Well, this wasn't a refugee, many are adults not children and men. It's all emotive.
Note, when Abdullah's story was reported on in West, the boy was said to be a part of the Syrian army fighting rebels, they first said he was much older and a dwarf not child. He was apparently pulled from the hospital, drip still in arm. It just gets to me the West support such, and clearly bury it and the public don't know any better.
These groups are the "moderates", but they're nothing the sort. "Moderate" is just a term to confuse the public. Here is a video that explains the whole deal a lot more, including a video of the boy on the truck at the end:
