Re: McMullin News
Has anyone seen McMuffin riding a bike around in a suit? Just questioning whether he is truly Mormon. Perhaps he just wanted them to vote for him.

Maybe he's like PaulSacramento, who says he's Catholic, so Catholics will like him.Kurieuo wrote:Has anyone seen McMuffin riding a bike around in a suit? Just questioning whether he is truly Mormon. Perhaps he just wanted them to vote for him.
John 5:24
24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

I guess it depends on how you look at things...RickD wrote:I also have no reason to believe McMuffin is a racist.
But it's still ironic that he belongs to a religion that is built on racism.
And it's still freaking hilarious that a man championing the cause against racism, still belongs to a racist religion.
I think it is a good thing for the Mormon religion to disavow it's racist past and condemn all racism.
I think it is a good thing for McMullin to champion the cause against racism.
I think it is a good thing to attempt to "broaden the scope of the conservative movement by reaching out to people who are non-traditional conservative voters, like African-Americans and Hispanics and Muslim-Americans and women who feel disaffected right now"

Yes, and I love to look at things from a sarcastic/ironic point of view.DBowling wrote:
