mary poppins
my mother and I went outside for a little while earlier, and the wind was blowing rather strongly. there is a table outside on the porch with an umbrella attached to it, and the wind picked it up and was blowing it away. my mother grabbed it, and she was lifted off the ground about a foot. it was so funny, she could have been a shoo-in for a mary poppins re-make.
some things are better left unsaid, which i generally realize after i have said them

Re: mary poppins
I guess it was one of those instances that one had to actually be there for it to be funny?
John 5:24
24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
“A nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves.”
