I plan to make altar of love - photos of me and Tomi and other things. There I will put my ring to his ring, and the necklace from him I wore almost 15 years.
I will put our love there and will bury me with it.
It will be no more me, not Hanka anymore. Gone with Tomas.
And the altar of love will be a reminder of our pure love.
I will this way make end to another period of my life.

It would be a blessing if they missed the cairns and got lost on the way back. Or if
the Thing on the ice got them tonight.

What a wonderful wife and women you are. This is so horribly tragic. I am so sorry for your loss. Saying I am sorry for your loss means nothing of course, because I do not know you, but I wish you the best. I hope you're able to survive this ordeal and recover, to eventually be reunited with your husband in heaven or a new earth. Thank you for reminding me true love still exists on this world. True love indeed exists.
Inspire.com forum is full of tragic love stories like mine is.
Many wonderful people there going through enormously hard stuff, loosing their loved ones....
Am already without the ring and necklace.
Now I wear a small golden cross around my neck.
I will always miss my husband.
Maybe I will find another good loving man. Bible is not against in case of (young) widows.
Could you all please pray for me, that God brings a good Christian man into my life?

Praying for inner peace and a happy future for you, Hana. God still has great purposes for your future - and believe it or not, He's also had great, if unknowable, purposes in your pain and past. One day, we'll understand. Meanwhile, there's a lot of life to live. And I will pray for you to meet another blessed man to be loved by perhaps the greatest "Lover" any of us here have ever witnessed. But cry, heal, lick wounds - there is a season for all things.

And, Hana, I realize no one can say for certain, but it would not surprise me a bit, that with the incredible things Tomas suffered, with the love of Christ he saw demonstrated through you, that one day you will see him in Heaven. With God, I am certain of two things: A) How much He loved Tomas, and you. And B) that God did everything necessary, from His end, to convince Tomas to love Him/embrace Jesus BACK. Those things,God's great love, you so selflessly demonstrating it, Tomas nightmarish journey - those all had to be very powerful things in Tomas' mind and heart - even when he was no longer able to verbally communicate them. So I would not at all be shocked to see Tomas in Heaven. And I'm sure that Tomas would say to you: "Hana, you are still walking the earth and there is a purpose behind it: Go live, love and thrive as God would have you to." So, honor God and Tomas by doing so.
Last, we still have an adversary, and he loves to attack us when we are down, sad, worried, etc. - remember that when waves of terrible thoughts wash over you, that you may be under oppression - pray for protection from such thoughts - whether self-generated or otherwise. But overall, it appears you are getting much better, if within spurts of despair - which is why grieving is a PROCESS.

There is Slovak writer - Kristina Roy. (Some books also translated to English).
When I read her, my heart calms down, my Spirit is strong again. Attack is over.
She is such a lovely writer. And so wise. She must have been angel to everyone while walking this Earth.
And her books - she is still with us and encouradging our spirits and pouring new blood into our veins...
Well, if someone has not read her books - misses a lot.
