Richard Dawkins, prominent atheist author and evolutionary biologist, has warned against celebrating what some call the demise of Christianity in Europe. Dawkins tweeted Wednesday: “Before we rejoice at the death throes of the relatively benign Christian religion, let’s not forget Hilaire Belloc’s menacing rhyme: ‘Always keep a-hold of nurse – For fear of finding something worse.’” The outspoken atheist linked to an article by The Guardian titled “’Christianity as default is gone’: the rise of a non-Christian Europe,” which starkly illustrated research showing a majority of young people in a dozen countries do not follow a religion.
"It's tempting to say all religions are bad, and I do say all religions are bad, but it's a worse temptation to say all religions are equally bad because they're not," Dawkins said. "If you look at the actual impact that different religions have on the world it's quite apparent that at present the most evil religion in the world has to be Islam.”

Pretty strong words that I tend to agree with, though that's not to say I think that all followers of Islam are evil.

Often truth hits you in the face. However, the Cultural Marxist do not want you or I to know the truth but their spin that only that Anglo Saxons must die in order to pay for the sins of the world so that a new existing social order soon dawns bright and clear for a new fairer day!
Not much different from Islam's world domination is it?
So Dawkins must decide if evil really exist and is measurable and testable as well and that means his own faith in atheisms own tenants...

The decline of Christianity, as I see, would mainly be with nominal Christians and people from families where they just identified as such more. Yet, I'd think there is an increase in the number of real, dinky-di Christians, those who truly believe and hope in Christ and would even die for their beliefs. Like a quantity vs quality thing.

What's the worse that can happen if Dawkins decides evil is not measurable nor testable thus doesn't exist?

He could be completely wrong, and end up eternally separated from God's love. But hey, chances are, there's no such thing as evil, right?

Richard Dawkins is now a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ , but unfortunately for him he is one the wrong side of eternity . It seems that every atheist that i have encountered wants me to share in their hatred for God. I will not be sucked in and seduced by their hatred for God . Richard will get to keep that mangled and twisted up body along with his hatred for God for all eternity . Rather than submit , can a man really think he can fight God and win? So if you cant beat Him then just plain hate Him.
I agreed with Dawkins on that Christianity has done a lot of good.
Of course, a lot of bad has been done in it's name too, but that's a human thing. The teachings are pretty good compared to some belief systems out there...

I think cled is getting Dawkins confused with Stephen Hawking.

Cled, I don't know which atheists you have met but those I know don't hate God. We don't think that he exists and it seems inadequate to hate something you don't believe in. I have read some of Dawkins books and seen some of the videos on Youtube and I have not read/seen that he hates God, he thinks that he is a delusion.

Dawkins hates and resents God. He might claim not to believe God exists, but then nonetheless his contempt and hatred can be felt when he's discussing such, face-to-face with a believer or taking to his fellow non-believers.

He may resent and have contempt, I am not sure because I don't know the exact values of these words, but hatred no. Do you have any source?
