I'm here!
Just got back to work, still working towards full health but I'm getting there, slowly.
Life is finally starting to go well.
My depression has gone, my chest is clear now (could take up to 6 months to get fully fit again) I have overhauled my lifestyle, stopped smoking, drink once a week and I'm eating healthily.
The last year has been a transformation for me and inn starting to see results.
I will post more once I'm settled in again but I do read.
Love you all 🤗
