NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (See the video at the bottom summarizing the Scriptural evidence on this common topic - as for many, it it's worth repeating and reviewing what the Bible says about it. What trips people up is that there are verses, taken in isolation, which appear to suggest a saved person could later lose their salvation. However, there are many other verses that make this crystal clear that this is impossible - see the bottom link.)

So many Christians are stressed out wondering if they are truly saved - or if they can't somehow screw it up and lose it. But many of those that worry about such things should take great comfort in the many Scriptures that absolutely refute such thinking! It was never YOUR actions that made salvation possible to begin with - but were entirely those of JESUS, the Beginner and Finisher of it! Or they worry that they aren't good enough - or don't feel very good / spiritually. And knowing themselves and their own sins so well, doubt that they could ever truly be saved to begin with. Or they falsely believe they've got to work hard and be as good as possible, or else God might not find them acceptable - but find it's never enough. Of course, the Bible tells us A) saved people will still sin (BUT ARE FORGIVEN!), and B) our salvation is based up on faith in Christ ALONE, and not upon our works or good deeds! And so, those who have truly given over their hearts and minds to Jesus, asked Him to save them, that WANT Him and recognize Him as their Lord - the Bible says they ARE saved - and ETERNALLY so! And that deal was FOREVER sealed at the moment of one's placed faith in Christ / their salvation! Remember, God does not save people AFTER they've tidied up their lives and somehow made themselves acceptable to Him, as God saves people WHILE they are yet STILL sinners. God finds SINNERS who have repented and cast their faith upon Jesus to be TOTALLY acceptable to Him. And, upon salvation, God forgives them of ALL of their past, present and FUTURE sins! And THEN God begins to spiritually change and grow us - things we cannot do in our own power. So, Salvation begins and is completed by Jesus, and all He asks of us is to receive Him with open hearts and minds, through faith! Yeah - WOW!
