Is the Pope asserting ALL persons will be saved???

In a recent address, Pope Francis seems to be asserting that EVERYONE is acceptable to God - which is true. HOWEVER, it's ONLY true in the context that, salvation, while AVAILABLE to all, is ONLY applied to those who come to faith and commitment to Jesus! While Jesus WANTS all to be saved, He ALSO said that is only possible through faith in Himself (John 3:16; 14:1), and He frequently lamented the sad truth is that most will DIE unsaved, as they permanently reject God / Jesus. The Pope goes even further and appears to falsely preach UNIVERSALISM - the unScriptural belief that EVERYONE will ultimately be with God in Heaven. And he never clarifies what Scripture reveals makes a person acceptable to God for salvation.

See what YOU think the Pope is saying here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxAzZXS_5zk. And then, compare it to what Scripture says!
