Iconic rocker Alice Cooper first got famous in 1972, with his song I'm Eighteen. World famous with his bizarre, gothic makeup, and mock-horror shows, and a string of massive hit songs, like School's Out, he eventually became a partying, out-of-control alcoholic. He was known for his Alice character's Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde persona and outrageous stage performances, carrying his huge boa constrictor snake, and legendary drinking - which he almost died from. Desperately ill, he began to realize he might not live much longer. But Alice began to listen and allow God to begin healing and changing him. Today, Alice still tours and sells out venues and is cited as being highly respected and influential to rock bands around the world.
